Senior Residents Fellowship
All Saints is a church committed to supporting all of our church family – whatever our ages!
Senior Residents Fellowship is a weekly gathering designed specifically for the older members of our congregation to meet, chat and be served by younger generations.
Senior Res has about 30 members who take part in a variety of activities throughout the year – everything from simply getting together for afternoon tea and a natter, to talks from local historians, wildlife groups and even craft enthusiasts.
In addition the group also organises regular outings to museums and other places of interests which usually includes a meal somewhere.
Every year we always mark Christmas with a spectacular festive lunch in December and in May we celebrate our anniversary with a catered afternoon tea.
Senior Res is a great way for older people to relax and enjoy the camaraderie of other Christians in a friendly and relaxing environment.
We meet each Thursday afternoon from 2-3.30pm and details of trips, talks and other events are given out as soon as they are confirmed.
New members are always welcome so if you’d like to find out more please drop us an email, or contact the church office on 01244 322056.
Most of our members also attend the annual Costa holiday at the Church Centre. To find out more about Costa click here.
